Judging Criteria Reminder

We wanted to send a reminder about the judging criteria and breakdown of scores. We look forward to reviewing your projects! Please review below.
Theme and Impact – 25 points
- How does the theme introduce a new or changed capability to help individuals and/or businesses in the category submitted?
- How novel is the idea/theme and its execution compared to other participants.
- What are the business outcomes/impact
- Applicability in other domains(optional)
Design Approach – 20 points
- Design considerations, assumptions and approach
- Risks Impediments
- Does it solve the purpose
- Does it meet the functional and non-functional requirements
- Is the design intuitive ? Does all the flow make senses
- Is design PEGA compliant and considers the feature of Pega.
- Relevant Architecture
Implementation – 30 points
- How well does the project showcase PEGA capabilities including potential evidences of product usage at all stages of delivery.
- Adoption of general developer & PEGA developer guidelines and best practices
- Supportive of reuse and ease of changes post-delivery.
- How close to architecting and delivering a production-ready final product
- Could the application scale as a real solution with huge user base?
- Sample unit test cases and results
Attention to Details – 25 points
- The quality of the Hackathon project delivered based on the video, the code.
- The degree to which the solution could impact individuals and/or businesses.
- Demo should showcase end-to-end use-case.
- How did the Team present the pitch?
- Conducting unit test and whether the results captured
- Consideration of detailed functional and non-functional requirement
